How can I open a CD and what terms does the Credit Union offer?

To open a CD, you need to email amshinn@research1166fcu.org  who will set up your CD and send you your APY disclosure.  The current rates and terms are as follows:

               6 mo                      0.05%                   0.05%

               12 mo                    0.20%                   0.20%

               18 mo                    0.30%                   0.30%

               24 mo                    0.30%                   0.30%

               30 mo                    0.35%                   0.35%

Certificates of deposit can be opened with a minimum amount of $250.00. A unique feature of the CDs that we offer is that once you open a CD at the Credit Union, you can continue to add on to it during its term until it matures. The penalty for premature withdrawal is 90 days of interest.
